However, the game's launch was marred by complaints about unbalanced gameplay and technical bugs. Two weeks after its first major post-launch update, players began noticing a troubling issue: wins are not always reflected properly in their records. Instead, losses are being added when opponents quit mid-match. Fans took to the Undisputed subreddit to share their experiences. One user, whodisbeez305, reported a dramatic increase in losses: "My record when I started today was 248-38-2 and now my record is 257-41-2." Other players, like yomikey_1980, also shared similar complaints, particularly about the issue persisting on PS5, where quitting players seem to lead to both wins and losses being recorded.

The bug has yet to be addressed by Steel City Interactive, though the developer has confirmed that a new update for Undisputed is scheduled for mid-December. It remains unclear whether this update will fix the stat-breaking issue.

The game's first update had already addressed some major concerns, including overpowered punches and adjustments to fighter stamina, as well as nerfing Deontay Wilder’s character. It also introduced a feature to prevent Ranked players from quitting without receiving a loss, though this fix is currently only available on Xbox and PC. The fix for PS5 players is slated for the mid-December update, alongside additional features, improvements, and bug fixes. Fans will have to wait to see if the upcoming patch resolves the ongoing stat issues.
